Uchiki Kuri is a Hubbard type squash. Its attractive orange-red skin has almost no ribbing and it’s creamy yellow flesh is very sweet and nutty. Early maturing, 40 days after flowering, fruit weighs between 3 and 3.5 pounds (1.5 kilograms).
