Peacock is a hybrid feather-leaf Brassica (Flowering Kale). Works well in wet conditions as the open, feathery leaves are less likely to trap and hold water than fringe- and round-leaf types.
Plants are 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 centimeters) in height.
